Our Candles

We use only the finest ingredients when making our candles. The soy used is 100% all-natural soy wax from soybeans. Each fragrance in individually selected and tested prior to using in our candles. All of our products are hand-crafted and hand-poured in Tawas City, Michigan.

Each candle is unique. When creating candles with color, there may be slight variations compared to photographs on the website. We make no warranties, expressed or implied.

Payments

Daisy Candle Company accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.  We do not store or collect credit card information on our website. We utilize a secure SSL to encrypt all data received to create a safe and secure experience for our customers. In addition, we have SiteLock services running on our website which scans our website to find and fix any malware and vulnerabilities.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Customer records are regarded as confidential and we do not share your information with other companies or third parties.

Taxes

All orders are subject to a 6% Michigan sales tax.

Shipping

We charge a flat rate minimum shipping fee of $5.95 per order. In the event of an exchange or return item, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
All packages are shipped via USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within 7-10 business days from the order date.

Return/Exchange Policy

We take care when packaging our candles to protect from damage during shipping.  Should you receive a candle that is broken, please contact Daisy Candles at info@daisycandles.com within 5 business days to notify us of the broken item. Daisy Candles will replace damaged or broken items.
